However, online play on ESO will not work (only LAN and IP)

If that CD Key didnt work here is a site where u can get the CD KEy you need.
http://www.keygen.cc/ It does work cause i lost the CD KEY for lots of games and it has help me plenty. Oh yeah not just for games it works for programs as well.

I am using Daemon Tools. It keeps asking for the second CD. I tried just saying OK, I tried remounting the image, what else can I do?
